Pridden Farm consists of two beautiful old houses, outbuildings and stables. Pridden is peaceful and secluded, being surrounded by acres of its own land and reached via a private drive from the B3283 road, about half a mile from St Buryan village. There is a stream which runs though a wooded area to the west of the farm, and on down to Lamorna Cove; the ancient Pridden Standing Stone is also on the property.
